EL UMBRAL
EL UMBRAL is a sound installation by Swiss artist Julie Semoroz. Metal doors whisper data on the high frequency electromagnetic waves of the city of Medellin coming from the antennas of the Perpetuo Soccoro neighbourhood. Data from the homicides perpetrated between 2002 and 2022 in the city are transformed into sound. The extremely rapid acquisition of the Grupo Gilinski conglomerate, which became a shareholder in Nutresa (with 27.69% of the shares) and Sura (25.42% of the shares), is reported.

EL UMBRAL, est une installation sonore de l’artiste suisse Julie Semoroz. Des portes métalliques murmurent des données sur les ondes électromagnétiques de hautes fréquences de la ville de Medellin provenant des antennes du quartier Perpetuo Soccoro. Des données issues des homicides perpétués entre 2002 et 2022 de la ville sont transformés en son. On y relate l’acquisition extrêmement rapide du conglomérat Grupo Gilinski, qui devient actionnaire de Nutresa (avec 27,69% des actions) et de Sura (25,42% des actions).
